One more time - Shields can't play everyone

Steve's player strategy over the last couple of years of giving almost everyone significant minutes has paid off in that now we have a deep and experienced team. But we are not preparing for the future any more. This year we are picked to be one of the better teams in the league, and we have to get it done - NOW. So Steve has to keep his best players on the floor the maximum minutes in which they can play effectively.
