Solidly mid-major

As I write, RealtimeRPI has the SBC ranked #13 among the conferences. That is toward the top of the middle tier of conferences, the "mid" majors. That is significant, since in the non-too-distant past the conference was struggling to stay in the top 20 and was dangerously close to having "mid" slip down to "low."
