There was a lot to like about this year's national champion, but no number stands out like this one: they shot 40.1% from the arc as a team. You just absolutely could not go to sleep on this bunch, or they would scorch the nets from where the points are amplified. If the old rules had been in place, they might not have been quite as impressive, but they were a team made for the current situation and they fit it exactly.
