Volleyball needs a comeback

For a while a few years back volleyball was a powerhouse sport for us. Coach Compton had a recruiting connection to the Eastern European countries and it payed off big time. We need them to be really good again. The only really consistent sport at Little Rock in recent years has been women's basketball, and if the athletic program as a whole is to prosper, we need to have several sports that are in the conversation at the conference level. Volleyball is the obvious candidate.
