Upper-level juco talent is pretty good
The better juco teams have a lot of talent. Coach Horton at UAFS indicated to my son that the year they won the national juco title, he thought the talent on their team was comparable to the top level D1 teams in the country. And I have observed the same to be true on the men's side.
