Big man school

Redshirt big men relentlessly, and it will pay off big time. Wisconsin's Frank Kaminsky served his time getting schooled by Jared Berggren, who signed with the Orlando Magic. Kaminsky, by the way, went on to become a Player of the Year in the NCAA. Year before last, Ethan Happ redshirted, and was going up against Kaminsky every day in practice. So, this past year he only averages 11 points and 7 rebounds as a freshman. Patience with big men is a good thing.
