The rule changes I would like to see

In recent years, it seems that every change there has been in the rules or in the emphases of officiating has been to make basketball more "exciting." The fathers of the NCAA have decided that "fast" and "offense" equal "exciting." What I would like to see are changes in the rules that reward good basketball, because to me that is what is exciting. Good ball handling, good defense, taking good shots, team play - all the things that our coaches used to teach us when we were kids. Maybe those things will not help to sell more tickets to the public at large, but they certainly would help to maintain the integrity of the game.
