Black is not a strong rebounder

To be 6-9 in the Belt, and to be averaging only 3.5 rebounds/game is not a strong recommendation. Granted, Oliver Black plays only 17 minutes per game, but even if he averaged the same 25.8 minutes that Shoshi is playing, that only translates to 5.3 rebounds per game.
